Moved house and no internet access

Hi,

I'm having a common issue.

I had planned my move with Virgin weeks in advance, and my internet would work at my new house after moving. I have already tried to reset my hub 3.0 multiple times over more than a day. But still nothing.

There is no way to get in touch with the helpdesk over phone and the FAQ keeps sending me in circles. Meanwhile, when I log into my account it says that I am no longer with Virgin. Could it be that there were problems with activation?

If you ring at 8am then that is the best time to get in touch with someone. It most likely is an activation issue, or the cable could be damaged, but more likely the former.
