Moved house and have no internet

we had an engineer come and run cables (poorly) at our new house a month ago. We have moved in today and we seem to have our tv but no internet. 

the router we are using is the one from our previous address. We did receive a new TiVo box which is an additional one for multi room but didn’t get a remote with it nor the correct power lead, so I can’t check that. I’ve plugged in the TiVo box from our previous address and appear to have our tv channels but it cannot connect to internet. 

know any fixes? 

called customer service but they don’t want to help.

The Hub and the TV bos will bothe need activating at the new address. Have you called the activation number? 0800 953 9500
