Moved home - won’t connect

  • Hello!

I’ve moved house and set up the same box with the new wires as per instructions, the right lights are on the box but our devices won’t connect, stating “weak security”. It’s been a good few hours and nothing. Not able to get through on the web chat, has anyone had this issue?

wont connect because of the message or wont connect at all - theres a post somewhere about apple devices not being happy with the hubs security - just apple being ott as far as i know - have a search

have you tried a wired device - does that connect

going to try my PC now, for some reason I had to create a new account when I moved too, it told me I’d left virgin...
