Moved home, broadband not activated

Hi there,

I’ve moved houses and arranged for the broadband and tv to be activated at the new address. Was told yesterday it would be activated by this morning, trying to connect to work from home this morning - WiFi has been on for a couple of hours with white light but there is no connection to the server. Tv also has error code 7400. Any help appreciated! 🙂

Seems like equipment needs activated, error 7400 would indicate as such, you'll need to phone 0345 454 1111 and go through the correct teams to have the equipment activated.

There was an issue with the activation first time around, all sorted now. Thanks for your help ☺️
