Moved home and Internet has not been activated

I've just moved home and installed my own equipment. So far the service has not been activated, I have spent 6 hours so far on the phone to support with no resolution in sight l, my service should have come up on saturday. My router is showing a green wifi light and the bottom light flashing green. As I'm working from home this is rather inconvenient. Anyone able to help?

Try again on the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 – you will need the serial number off the barcode sticker and also your account number, Call at 08.00 (Mon-Sat) or 09.00 (Sun) for the best chance of getting through quickly.



Or, text the same details to 07533 051809 - responses are slower though.

If they keep saying its activated and it isnt there may be another problem on your connection that needs sorting
