I've been trying to get assistance for the last two weeks as I'm moving home. Anyway I have now moved in the the new place.
I can get virgin broadband here but the property hasn't had virgin broadband previously so I'll need a technician to pop over and help me get this all sorted.
Could you please let me know how to go about this as the moving home section on the site is not very helpful
