I've moved house and brought over my virgin media box, all my equipment is set up but now nothing is working.
I sent an activation text 'GO' like instructed however it was unable to activate and I can't get in touch with anyone over the phone/ the chat.
According to the starter kit everything on the box seems to be working I just can't seem to activate. I also logged into my virgin media account but it says I'm no longer with Virgin.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
