Wondering if someone could help me, ideally from the mod / tech team. I’ve seen a few posts about this issue.
I’ve moved house (both old and new house are with virgin) and after informing VM, was told my internet would be connected / receive my QuickStart set up today.
I received the insulator cable, plugged in the router and texted GO to the Quickstart number, but my Internet access is denied (seeing this on the router settings page).
Having read a couple of posts regarding this issue it seems the MAC address may need changing.
I have put it in modem mode and restarted, as well as waiting the hour for it to set up. I’ve tried calling and web chat but I can’t get through to the tech team.
Any help would be useful as I’m currently WFH
Yep I called the activation number and they said the internet had been activated
I have the same problem but can’t get through to the activation number just beeps and goes off
What number did you call , I’m having the same problem
