You need to call it in and theer will be a £99 charge. Note that they wont actually do it until normality resumes - they will add you to the list and give a date to be advised (unless you get lucky)

Hi you will have to phone to request it, but if your services are working virgin are only undertaking urgent repairs for the time being, when they will do it will cost £ 99 as non fault call out. Regards Micky

I'm afraid that we aren't currently carrying out equipment relocation appointments, as we are limiting non-essential jobs due to Covid-19. More information about our response to Covid-19 can be found here.
As of yet, we don't have a date of when we will start continuing to carry out non essential jobs, but as soon as we do, we will let you know. We'll be more than happy to book that in for you from here when that time comes around.
