If there are any problems with the date or time, let us know and we can look to reschedule this for you. If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can also do this online yourself or via the MyVM app by 4pm the day before the appointment.
Please ensure someone over the age of 18 is at the property to let the technician in on the day.
If you do miss an agreed appointment for any reason, a £25 missed appointment charge will be applied to your account on the day of the appointment.
The £25 charge for the non fault call out will be applied to your account today- don’t worry though, you don’t need to pay this now, it will be added to your next bill.
