Hi,
I ordered broadband last night and recieved email confirmation this morning with a delivery date for the self-activation box. Then soon after I recieved another email saying "we need to look further into the details of your order before we can go ahead with your install" and to call 0800 052 7588.
Unfortunately that call centre is closed due to COVID. I did try live chat, but they were unable to help. Can somebody here assist?
