Had the same modem for 3 months now and no issue.
The fan started last night running loudly and is constantly on.
Is this a sign the modem has a fault or is it a common issue.

Hub 4 I'm guessing as it's the only Hub with a fan.
They can accumulate a lot of dust so it may need "blown out" with a can of compressed air when unplugged from the power supply.
