Is there any news on when Modem Mode is arriving on the Hub 5X's?
I've tried the special link, but it doesn't seem to work - i'm guessing because the feature hasn't actually been finished/implemented on the 5X's yet.
I use all my own Ubiquiti kit in the house and i'm currently getting around the issue by Double NAT'ing - but this isn't ideal.

The Hub 5x is an exclusive trial so please call our customer service team on 0345 454 1111 who can pass you on to the ring fenced team for further support and advise.
