I have had virgin media internet for almost a month now but have never recieved any email containing a welcome pack. As such I have no account number, area code or username with which to set up my virgin media account.
The internet itself is installed and fully operational. I have been in conversations using live chat on the website and identified the email address on file, the agent even reset the password telling me a verification email would be sent out.
No verification email came, and the details the agent provided me with do not work. I am convinced they dont have my email entered correctly, as I got an immediate response to the verification email for this forum.
Please can someone get back to me, and perhaps try to escalate this issue so I can set up my account and manage it correctly.
