I have just received My quick install kit and I haven't received a splitter or anything, I've swapped from a different broadband supplier and now I've got no way to connect the hub to the internet, it's the new gig1 hub 4 and I'm a bit annoyed by it as I was hoping to have it set up by now
I've connected it all up and it's still not working unfortunately and the set up guide shows a splitter being used and no other information, and when I call up to activate it the automated line says the signal can't be sent
