I have just received My quick install kit and I haven't received a splitter or anything, I've swapped from a different broadband supplier and now I've got no way to connect the hub to the internet, it's the new gig1 hub 4 and I'm a bit annoyed by it as I was hoping to have it set up by now

I've connected it all up and it's still not working unfortunately and the set up guide shows a splitter being used and no other information, and when I call up to activate it the automated line says the signal can't be sent

The instructions assume you have a TV box as well.
If you only have broadband and no TV service as well, just connect the Hub straight to the wall box or wall lead.
If that doesn't work then you will need to phone up and ask for a manned install.

If that fails phone for a technician’s visit on 0800 052 1734.
