Hi,
I have ordered the student package of the broadband for 12 months.
I received a digital contract summary and the account number and area reference code are both missing on the document. Meaning, I cannot register online.
My delivery should’ve taken place yesterday (14th of September 2022) and did not arrive. This is quite urgent as myself and housemates are all without Wi-Fi and due to start university in 5 days.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m currently at a loss of what to do.
