Missing power cable from box

This company is terrible, I've only just joined and I already want to leave.

I've ordered the TV box and it has came without a power cable. It's impossible to order one online and its also impossible to talk to a human on the phoen to explain. What am I supposed to do

Feel like cancelling immediately

What specifically are you missing? The power supply unit and mains power cable or just the mains power cable (which connects from the power supply unit to the power socket on the wall)?

If you are missing the power supply unit and the mains power cable then call the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and request one.

If you are just missing the figure of 8 mains cable you might be able to save time by picking one up locally.
