Missing plug

I got my Quick start pack yesterday but when following the instructions I noticed I have a different box on the wall. I need a HDU plug to power the socket, anyone know how I get one? I can't call Virgin as I am deaf and from my experience yesterday I'm not sure Live Chat will understand my problem.

Last I heard from the Forum Team team this is not something that can be despatched separately & requires a tech to provide.
