Hi everyone
I ordered broadband on the 26th of June, with a delivery date of the self-install kit stated to be the today, 2nd of July. However, I got no confirmation delivery for the email, nor my final contract, not even in spam or junk folders, and the order failed to arrive today.
I have struggled to find out how I am supposed to resolve this rather unexpected problem, so any help here would be sincerely appreciated.
