Missing channels

We have recently jointed virgin and the living room box is fine bit second box in the bedroom has an error message 7400 and only BBC1 BBC2 and ITV as well as access to the apps, YouTube etc and the info for the locked channels is available. 

It is connected to the hub by wifi and has a cable connected as well. 

I've tried restarting the box a number of times and going to Home and TV Care then selecting Missing Channels but nothing works and getting quite frustrated now!

I've gone through the 7400 error test but it comes back saying no issues, but still not fixed

You need to contact VM then as the device is not activated.

You can try the Activation number -  0800 953 9500
