I have order a package from yourselves for me and my mum. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 11/06 but it never came and I waited In for it from work.
There is no email confirmation the contract or anything just the order number of [MOD EDIT: Personal details]. Please can you find out where my order is please as we are currently without internet.

I'm really sorry to hear that your package hasn't yet been delivered, did the team clarify the delivery date for your order?
Did you get any tracking information from Yodel about this, have you been able to speak to the team since Saturday about this?
