I recently moved in to a flat where there was VM previously, so ordered a quick start kit. However, upon moving in I realised there was no wall socket - the previous owners must have removed the wiring.
I have checked all cables coming in to my flat and none appear to be the wall socket needed. I believe I will need an engineer visit, can someone please help me arrange this?
As I see it, I am not the only one with this problem. I am also new to Virgin Media. I recently got the starter kit, but unfortunately I can’t use it either because there is no Virgin Media wall socket. There was some kind of socket in the wall because even now cables protrude from the wall, bare. I would need a technician to solve this problem as quickly as possible.
