Missing External Box

Hi my external wiring box of the incoming cables is missing , could i have a new one sent out , i am happy to fit myself

VM will replace it foe you for free.

Call it in on 150 (VM Phone) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone). Calling at 08.00 midweek (09.00 Sun) is the best time to get through quickly. Although some people are still reporting getting through fine at other times with no long waits

I phoned through on 150 and reported the issue but have not had a confirmed appointment for an engineer to call

I'm so sorry you hadn't had a confirmation on this. 

 

I have had a look at your account and booked out an engineer to fix this for you.

 

You can view this appointment by logging into your My Virgin Media App or logging in online here. As this outside work you do not need to be home for it to be carried out but should you wish to reschedule you can do so in your My Virgin media account.

Hi Ash, 

I was wondering if I would be able to get the same type of appointment booked. The external box on my property is also missing which has allowed moisture into the property causing the internal splitter to rust?
