Media Connect APP

Downloaded the Media Connect APP, as I have lost internet provision yet again. As instructed I scanned the base of my VM3 hub. Response from the APP was “we can’t find a hub” and asked if I wanted one. I would just like to have a hub that works! Failure in customer service yet again by VM. Is Liberty Global the worse company in the world?
