I have just installed the hub5 from the hub3 and so far i'm very disappointed. I'm getting 300mb via ethernet connection to my pc. I was getting over 500mb with the hub3
My iphone 12 is connected at 2ghz is getting 123mb which is way slower than i was getting before. 5ghz is getting over 500mb
Are there any settings i'm missing? I called up and the lady said she sent a signal and for me to reboot the router, but nothing has really changed
Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your broadband looked into, I am sorry the Hub 5 isn't working quite as well as your old Hub 3. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
I have already taken the time to check out your services on my side and can see some of your power levels are out of spec, which will need an engineer call out to resolve. These out of spec stats could be the cause of your wired speed being slow, your WIFI may be a different story though.
However, lets get the engineer booked and have the stats fixed, then we can see whether your WIFI has also been fixed. If not, we can continue the diagnostics 🙂
