Lots of T3 timeouts

Hi, I'm suffering from a lot of stuttering streaming video from the on demand services.

While investigating, I saw these errors in the logs on the Superhub 3 (in modem mode):

Are these errors the cause of my stuttering? I'm on the M350 package, so can't believe I'm getting stuttering.
