Lost MDD Timeout / RCS Partial Service

Hello,

I've been having intermittent connection drops - tried all the usual stuff already (restart/reset etc.) - and the speed isn't particularly great (<100mbps on a 350 package).

I took a look at the router status today after a connection drop and I see this, which doesn't look too good! Do I need an engineer to come look at it?

Yes you do, you have a downstream noise issue. The two lowest channels have basically given up completely and are having a lay down!

Really need your upstream stats as well, but SNR is way too low on downstream 2 & 3, you need a technician’s visit to fix. Call customer services or wait for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Xordan did you ever get sorted? I am getting the same two error you do & may have a similar downstream issue (channel 3 looks nearly as bad as your channels 2 & 3, if my reading of what Tutor & jem101 told you is correct):
