Had an outage earlier in my area, it’s apparently fixed when I look at the service checker but I’ve still got no internet and when I check the service I get the above error. Any way to fix as I’ve been without internet all day? Or is it a case of waiting the 19 hours it says and then having to wait for an engineer?

Check the automated faults services via 0800 561 0061 to see if a fault persists in your street.
