Internet down this morning, have reset the router several times.  Lots of post rs errors alongside RCS partial service and Sync timing issues.  Will an engineer automatically take a look if still faulty after 20 hours?

If so is anything listed as a fault here virg.in/service Also have you tried running a test on your device there?

Thanks, yes it says there is an issue in this postcode and a technician hopes to fix by 13.00 today

Hello issues for last month or so, RCS Partial Service, No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out and SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync every hour or so, 3652983 example of post RS errors in router and reset today.  Test run, router reset and service status says issue and wait for 23 hours.   Can you please book an engineer to look into please, thanks.
