Longer Coaxial Cable from Wall Port to Router/TV Box

Hi All,

I've just moved into my new home and after finally getting my head around how the previous owner set up the fibre box and inputs into the house I've found that I now need a longer Isolator cable for the Superhub & 360 TV Box from where it's coming in through the wall.

How do I go about getting my hands on a longer isolator cable, around 10m long?

Cheers!

You can't.  It's a £99 call out for non fault cable extension work.

If this was a quickstart you could ring up and complain that the existing cable isn't in a suitable place and they MAY send an engineer to 'fix' it. You might be charged a manned installation fee (£35) instead of the non-fault call out fee (£99), but they'll put the cable wherever you want it, move the interior socket and ensure all signal strengths are good before leaving.
