Virgin's live chat is already a farce, with response times often exceeding 6 hours.
The live chat has now completely disappeared for me. I can no longer view my previous conversation, nor can I start a new one.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Virgin team -- please get your act together. I know Covid has meant you are short-staffed, but this is an absolute disgrace. I will be cancelling my subscription if this continues.
Live Chat disappears when there is too much load on the system and returns when the queue time has reduced.
