Laptop with poor connection - every other device fine

Hi all. I've been with Virgin for years, and recently upgraded to 500MB. When I did this, not long after I started getting poor connection on my work laptop. This laptop and a few amazon echoes are now showing as Poor connection. Wifi scanner on the app shows great reception in my office. Mobiles etc connected fine. But I'm getting mega slow download and upload speeds if I can even connect. Any ideas?

Try a 60 second factory pinhole reset as below;
Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds. Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible. NOTE this will remove any custom settings you may have set in the Hub, and they will all have to be setup again.

Use a Wifi scanner and see if there are any competing wifi signals in the area.

Turn off the "Optimisation" on the Hub, and manually select the best channel and bands for your environment.  The "intelligent wifi" of the Hub does not always pick the best selections.  Note you cannot do this if you have any VM wifi Pods.
