Lanovo smart device

Hi,

I have set up a new account with vigin which started today we have now set up the internet and the tv they are both working fine, the package includes a free 'lenovo smart 10" display' which has not yet tuned up I have not received any notifications about it just the conformation email sent about the package can anyone help with this as I cannot get in touch with them at the moment?
