I'm about to move in to a rental property. I ordered a broadband package on the 25th Aug from Virgin Media. I recieved word a couple days later that pre install work needed to be done at the property in order to connect me fully on the date of my installation (the 12th Sept). As the property is a rental I needed to gain my landlords permission. I have just recieved permission recently from my landlord allowing this work to be done.
Do I need to contact Virgin Media to state that I have been given permission so that any pre install work that is needed can go ahead? I have been unable to find an answer to my question in any guides or helplines.

The work should be fine to be completed unless you have advised the team that permission wasn't granted prior to this. Just so I can check to see this is going ahead I will send you a PM to confirm your details to check the status of this.
