Landline changeover to Fibre network - Tech visit needed please

Hi,

Sorry for hijacking this topic but I, too, require a visit from a tech to sort out my changeover. My hub is upstairs and my main phone is downstairs. I cannot move my hub near to my phone so I think some rewiring is necessary. Can you help with booking a tech please?
