Lag

My son has recently signed up to VM. He is a keen gamer, playing FIFA and Fortnight. He is however still experiencing the same lagging issues, he had with BT. He's on a wired connection for his Xbox but when he uses tablet and phone at the same time, the lag is even worse.

He's very disappointed and is considering cancelling the contract, as he's still within his  14 day cancellation period...

 Any HELP would be greatly appreciated

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

I am so sorry to hear that your son is facing some issues with lagging on his connection when gaming. Is it only when gaming that this issue occurs, or does it happen on all devices regardless? You son is able to check for any known area impacting faults that may explain this via our Service Status Checker tool.
 

Do you happen to know what diagnostics and troubleshooting he's performed thus far to try and remedy this? Do you know if he's spoke with the team about this problem, and if so what they've advised on the matter? If your son is able to create an account of his own on these forums and post here, we'll be able to offer more help.
