I received my quick start kit on Friday. The irony of the name...'quick start'. It wasn't quick and it didn't start. I'm waiting for an engineer to attend on Wednesday afternoon. Ten minutes after my 'quick start' kit' had arrived, I received an email from Virgin saying my Direct debit had been set up..That was the only part of it that was quick.
They were quick to set the direct debit up.
Will I still be charged from Friday to Wednesday ? Because I have no Wifi ?
