So, this is a strange one. My new Wifi kit was supposed to arrive on the 1st. It never did and after 6 days of calls they agreed that it was lost. They told me over the phone that they’d organised a new delivery for today. However, they refused to give me any tracking information or parcel number. I just wanted to know if this sounded normal to anyone else? I’ve spoken to Yodel already today and they were unable to pull up any parcel details attached to my postcode. It all sounds very suspicious. They’re also hanging up every time I ask to cancel my unfulfilled contract. Terrible company really lol.
