Been putting my post code on the Virgin Media website since May this year, initially it said “Keep me posted” then a month ago the website changed to “We’re on on way” I though we were near go-live as VM have installed an L3 cabinet, the one nearest me has all the electronics in which will supply our house, to my astonishment the website now says “Keep me posted” seems we’ve gone backwards, anyone know if this means there’s a delay?

ive had the same issue lately! I was contacted by one of the VM crew on here who sent some emails out to find out about it. Whilst this was happening the postcode checker changed back to “we’re on our way” and today I received an email to say that Virgin was now available 🥳 signed up this morning with an installation date (although no prepull date 🤔) of 28/10/23.
From when the postcode checker changed back to Keep Me Posted till today has been approx 3 weeks, so hopefully you will hear soon too!

Hi m33ddy, I’ve now received the email from Virgin Media saying they’re available in my area but only broadband & Stream, no tv or landline is that the same for you & you mention no date for pre-pull but what’s the 28/10/23 for?

Sorry not been on the chats in a while. Yeah according to the website TV or home phone isn’t available in new expansion areas at first, although I’m not too bothered about either service if I’m honest.
The 28/10/23 is the date for the Virgin engineer to come connect the external box into the house and to set up the broadband. But first it needs the cables pulled from the puck to the house and an external box fitted. No date for this as yet, although reading through the forums you don’t always get a date due it being contractors who just turn up whenever the feel like it, even if that’s after the connection date 🤦🏻♂️
