Just moved house and Broadband not working

Hi, I’ve just moved house and the broadband isn’t working.

i had a new set of connections through the post so I’ve wired it all up using them and the TV works, but there’s no internet. 

Cant get hold of anyone at VM using any phone line or combination of options and there’s no answer on the messaging service.

ive already rebooted and reset everything. 

Any ideas?
