Just moved and can't get my internet working

Hi,

Can anyone help? Just moved house and used the Quickstart feature but our internet isn't working. We tried calling and got nowhere, used the website and went around in circles and no one is answering on the messaging service.

is the hub connected to the port on the virgin media port on the and have you activate the hub to that account and property and if not pm the details and I can help you
