Hi all. Just to be clear, I'm not seeking advice or support. My purpose here is to save anybody that cares to listen from going through my experience with this unscrupulous company. Whatever you do, whatever you say, whatever is the problem, and whatever is the outcome, will just lead you to utter frustration and despair. If you are unfortunate enough to be stuck in a contract, then I wish you much luck...so just wait it out and do your best to persuade these erm...nice people to get you running again. I was with virgin for 12 years, and mostly it was good. About 2 years + ago (I think when 02 joined VM) things started to go very wrong. I went through numerous periods of disconnections, slow internet service, etc etc. The bottom line is that they will do absolutely anything to avoid having to use any resources to help you get the service you PAY for. I have been lied to, had appointments broken multiple times, Ignored, had sarcasm from a "tech guy" such as you would get from a disgruntled spammer in an Indian call centre, and so on and so on. NOTHING you do will help, and ultimately, like me you will finally just leave, one way or another. PLEASE, don't waste your life/time on this company and get out as soon as you can. It's the only way...truly. All the best
