Just got a Hub4 quick start kit, red light/no internet

Hello, I just got a Hub4 quick start kit, followed all of the instructions, all wires in securely etc. However the router has a red light and has no access to the internet. Is there something I need to do after setting up the router or something?

I'm sorry to hear you've had a few issues with your connection after installing your kit. Were you able to activate your equipment after set up via our automated activation line on 0800 953 9500?
