Just got a Hub 3 - connection not working.

I just upgraded to a Hub 3. It worked for a short while, but now the broadband connection is down. The internet light is flashing, then the bottom light flashes green in a cycle. I cannot get through to speak to someone about it. I have tried all the online tips and my cables must be okay as they worked earlier.

Hi PaulJ3,

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Otherwise it sounds like, as with any new equipment  that you may need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.

You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number
