I signed up to Virgin on the 20th of June and I still haven’t had my services! I’ve asked on here for help yet I never seem to get anywhere! It’s beyond a joke this now! Can someone please tell me what the hell is going on?
That’s not correct. The area is already cabled, the letter was to ask if any of the residents had any objections to them digging the road. We had someone come look at the ducting in the area and then someone else came out and they said the ducting needed re doing even tho 20 plus houses are connected to the network via that duct. The whole process went quiet and then About 5 weeks ago it started again. It has been okayed again they had the obvious permit to dig the 3 meters but they need to dig 5. This issue is not anything to do with a private road etc. It’s the length of time in which it’s taking. I could of dug a 5 meter trench with a spoon by now.
