We have ordered a QuickStart kit and the delivery was meant to arrive on the 30.05.2022.
We did not receive a contract email, or any other email - we did not receive a Yodel tracking number. All I have is an email with my order summary, listing my order reference number, order date, package broadband, and installation address.
I'm completely in the dark as to what's happening, and any help would be appreciated.
