I posted yesterday as I'd been advised that an account already existed at my new address. This was sorted and I had a phone call to state the previous account had been closed. The agent was going to set me up over the phone but couldn't due to me having an offer via Eden red. The agent told me to put through another order however now I've had another email stating that virgin wish to get in touch as I already have an order! I'm desperate to get my internet sorted asap as I am working from home, but no contact details were given. Is there any way for me to just get my internet sorted?!
