Issue with set up

Hi,

I have plugged my router in but the bottom light is flashing green. When I checked my status on the website it says I have been disconnected. I have now been waiting to speak to an operator for 45 minutes and ongoing.

The operator has said that my account has now been activated but will need to wait up to an hour for it to take effect.

Well, that's rubbish! 2 hours has now passed and it is still flashing green. Looks like I am going to have to ring again tomorrow and be on hold for an hour. What a great start to my Virgin Media experience this is.
