Issue with installations

Tuning in

Has anybody had issues with installations currently, we got coaxed over from sky and our sky contract ended on the 10th of May in readiness for our virgin services to start on the 12th May, this has then changed to 26th May, 12th June and now to the 10th of July without any explanation as to "you will just have to wait" by the call centre.

Has anybody else had to wait this long to get up and running and are there any alternatives as i'm currently unable to work from home.

I was told by support that they were having someone out to check the work thats been done today so we shall see 😄

Hi @Ayisha_B, I can see we had green spray, sprayed on our grass yesterday and was wondering what has been done as there is no signs of work still currently?

Thanks for chasing up about your installation, we can't see any updates at present about the work that needs doing, however we are aware that this has been delayed by some time now. 

I'll be happy to send your a Private Message in order to raise an Installation Complaint which will be owned by our specialist Installation Complaints Team.

They will be better equipped to give you updates on what is happening, plus your dissatisfaction will also be officially documented within the case.
