Hi ,

Have not received a confirmation of engineers coming but have a reference for when I applied for a broadband bundle can't contact customer service by phone due to no virgin media landline or account number yet 😔

Anyone else having issues contacting virgin media when you don't have an account number or landline seems a bit stupid this is mandatory ...

It sounds like you're enquiring about a new install? If so, 0800 0521734 is a free call from any working phone.

If not, 0345 4541111 is a landline call - again, any working phone will do.

You may not know this , but hopefully someone from virgin media responds but is the fraud prevention team available on the weekend ?
